BRND House Expands Leadership Team with Appointment of Toby Eborn

Senior Director of Business Development and Client Success brings more than 15 years of sales, revenue and agency leadership experience

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Aug. 31, 2026) – BRND House, a full-service marketing, public relations and creative agency, has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Toby Eborn as Senior Director of Business Development and Client Success. Eborn joined BRND House in June and oversees new business development and client success strategy across the agency.

Eborn brings more than 15 years of experience across sales, revenue, operations and digital marketing, with a track record of building sales organizations and developing strategies designed to drive sustainable business growth. Most recently, he served as vice president of delivery at Searchbloom, where he focused on operational scalability, client experience and organizational performance.

Previously, Eborn served as director of sales and revenue for Upward Engine, formerly SEOWerkz, where he led sales and client-facing revenue teams and developed growth strategies that generated $4 million in revenue growth over a 14-month period and increased monthly recurring revenue by 30%.

Prior to Upward Engine, Eborn spent nearly a decade at full-service digital marketing agency Firetoss, where he served as executive vice president of sales and operations. During his tenure, he built the agency's sales process, led sales and operations teams and worked across digital marketing, web development and strategic growth initiatives.
