In fall 2019, Graduate Hotels brought on BRND House to concept, design, and launch curated social media feeds for its three Nashville-based food and beverage outlets. The rooftop restaurant, White Limozeen, required a distinct and elevated presence—one that blended high-fashion sensibilities with vintage charm and visually stunning food and beverage imagery to set it apart in the crowded Nashville dining scene.
BRND House handled every step of the launch, from securing social handles and establishing a bold content vision to producing photoshoots and designing a curated feed that reflected the rooftop’s personality and premium positioning. In the lead-up to opening, we actively engaged local influencers, media, and celebrities to generate buzz and anticipation. Once opened, BRND House supported the guest experience by managing social engagement and responding to a surge of inquiries around reservations and poolside bookings—acting as a seamless extension of the customer service team.
The result was a highly curated and upscale digital presence that strictly avoided user-generated content in favor of a fully controlled, brand-forward aesthetic. A defined brand voice helped to tell the story of White Limozeen while elevating its digital identity. Within just one month of opening, the rooftop’s Instagram account grew from 1,500 to nearly 25,000 organic followers. BRND House’s strategic execution helped create one of Nashville’s most in-demand dining destinations, with waitlists that stretched for weeks and demand that continues to grow.
