Westin Nashville – L27 Lounge

In 2018, The Westin Nashville engaged BRND House to develop a creative activation that would drive traffic and increase revenue for L27, the hotel’s signature rooftop bar, during the slower winter months. The objective was to attract both locals and tourists while generating buzz for the property and its food & beverage offerings.

In response, BRND House conceived and launched The Alpine Experience—a seasonal rooftop pop-up that transformed L27 into a cozy, ski chalet-inspired escape. The activation featured winter-inspired décor, firepits, a specialty F&B menu including chocolate and cheese fondue, signature cocktails, and a branded hotel s’mores package. To amplify visibility, our team led a PR push that included press visits, media previews, influencer tastings, and an editorial-style photoshoot to support earned media coverage.

The results were immediate and impactful. Over three months, BRND House secured visits and features from more than 35 of Nashville’s top media and influencers, driving local buzz and increasing winter revenue at L27 by more than 50% year-over-year. Due to its success, the activation returned in 2019 as L27 Ski Chalet and has since become a cornerstone of the property’s annual marketing strategy.
