Lona

In early 2025, MAKEREADY engaged BRND House to lead the launch of Lona, a new restaurant concept from celebrity chef Lona Garcia. While housed within a hotel property, the goal was to position Lona as a standalone culinary destination—one that would drive local interest, cultural relevance, and consistent reservations from day one.

BRND House crafted a launch strategy rooted in community partnerships, media relations, and immersive event experiences. For Lona’s grand opening, we secured more than 140 high-impact guests—including top-tier Nashville influencers and media—resulting in over 1.5 million social impressions from opening night alone. Our team also managed vendor coordination for the event, curating everything from florals and signage to live entertainment, costumed models, and interactive experiences that reflected the energy and vibrancy of the brand.

Following the launch, Lona received sustained momentum through a steady stream of media coverage, with over 65 earned placements spanning online, broadcast, and newsletter media. Within 90 days, our PR efforts generated a total circulation of more than 363 million and over 6.4 million unique monthly views through social and digital coverage. BRND House’s strategic approach helped reframe Lona as a true hotspot—bringing renewed energy to a previously overlooked space and turning it into one of Nashville’s most talked-about new dining experiences.
