JW Marriot
In summer 2019, JW Marriott Nashville enlisted BRND House to help launch a seasonal PR and influencer campaign designed to generate organic buzz and local exposure for the hotel, its dining outlets, and event spaces. The goal was to position the property as a must-visit destination for both locals and travelers through a creative, community-focused experience.
BRND House worked closely with the hotel’s marketing team to conceptualize and execute Cinema by JW, a weekly outdoor movie series held on the hotel’s event lawn. From branding and digital asset development to event flow and influencer strategy, BRND House led the launch of the series with a focus on high-touch, high-visibility experiences. Each week, select media and influencers were invited to begin the evening with cocktails and appetizers at Bourbon Steak Nashville before enjoying a movie under the stars. To enhance the guest experience and create Instagram-worthy moments, BRND House developed custom picnic baskets featuring branded JW blankets, retro movie candy, water bottles, and popcorn.
The series was also open to the public, featuring a full-service bar, gourmet concession stations, and curated culinary offerings from the hotel’s chefs. Over the course of four months, Cinema by JW drew significant attention. BRND House secured attendance and coverage from more than 30 of the city’s top influencers and media figures, resulting in 3.2 million+ local impressions for the hotel and an additional 685,000+ targeted impressions for Stompin’ Grounds, JW’s first-floor restaurant and café.
